What is Pretty Posed & Pixelated?

Pretty Posed & Pixelated is an event photography and open-air photo booth rental company that services DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Our booths use an iPhone 13 Pro Max, a Canon DSLR camera, and professional lighting to deliver clear, sharp, and fun photos. Our open-air booth allows for open space, quality lighting, and creative backgrounds! We offer prints with our Pretty Magic Mirror, which are ready in less than 15 seconds. In addition to photos, we also offer GIFs and videos with text/email sharing.  

How many people can fit in a photo booth?

We’d say up to 10 but there’s no rule or law that limits the number of people that can take a photo. Hopefully your guests can safely manage their poses!

How many photos can we take?

The more, the merrier! There is no limit on the pictures during your event.

How do I book your services?
Standard Packages – Book online, via email, or phone. 

Custom Packages – Via email or phone.

How early should I book my event?
The sooner, the better because our calendar is filling fast. Once we sign the contract, your event is on our calendar.

How do I secure my date? Is a deposit required?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will reserve your date and time. The remaining balance is due at least 10 days prior to the event.

How long is needed for booth setup?

We like to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the photo booth being operational to set up. Depending on a variety of variables, it takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour to unload and be fully set up. Remember, the time for unloading and setting up is not included in your service hours.

How much space is needed?

We need a 10’ square area within 10-15 feet of 2 three-pronged outlets. We'll likely use just under the 10’x 10’, but we like to start there for a sufficient buffer. We can discuss other options if space is limited.

Do you offer instant sharing?

Of course! Text and email sharing is standard. Social media sharing is available as a pretty enhancement.

When will I receive my photos or videos online?

You will be given a link to your event gallery within 48 hours after the event.  

What if my venue does not have WiFi?

Not a problem! If the venue does not have WIFI or stable WIFI, we’ll always have a mobile hotspot on-site.  

Can the booths be set up outside?

Yep! However, we require all equipment to be under a covered area with a concrete surface underneath.
